I just wanted to let you know that the Sexual Harassment Prevention Seminar(s) held last year HAS WORKED!!!!!! I had an incident that occurred last week; a male employee overheard a comment made by another male employee and was concerned and embarrassed as there were other female employees present. He reported the incident to me basically so that I could approach the other employee in question and caution him about his behavior and actions. I met with the offender this morning and gave him a warning. He understood and I think he will, going forward, check his "cutesee" remarks. IT'S WORKING!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you many times over!
